Customer's reviews
Kurt and Ryan from Gold Coast Restoration responded incredibly fast when we were dealing with a stressful situation in our home. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely caring. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us, answered every question we had, and helped us feel much more at ease during a very overwhelming situation.
What stood out most was how respectful, patient, and helpful they were throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a company that combines professionalism with such genuine customer care. We truly appreciated their expertise, communication, and willingness to help during a difficult time.
Highly recommend Gold Coast Restoration to anyone needing trustworthy and responsive service.🤍

Gold Coast Flood Restorations came to our rescue when a fire sprinkler malfunctioned in our master bathroom and flooded the room right as we were about to go to bed. We called them in a panic, and their crew was at our house by 2 AM — no delays, no excuses. They opened up the affected walls immediately and got industrial drying equipment running to stop the damage from spreading before it caused mold or structural problems.
What really stood out was how calm and professional they were under pressure. A flooded home in the middle of the night is stressful, and their team walked us through everything they were doing and why. If you're dealing with a flood, burst pipe, or sprinkler malfunction and need a water damage restoration company that actually shows up when you need them most, I can't recommend Gold Coast Flood Restorations enough.

I called Gold Coast Flood Restoration and they were able to come out I believe the following day. Joe the owner was there promptly and was able to take care of the damage from a leaky toilet. He was very thorough on checking out where the damage was and was not and wasted no time taking the damaged flooring out and cleaning the contaminated area around the toilet. A massive fan was put in the bathroom that dried everything out and he promptly came back several days later to remove it. He was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and very patient answering all of my questions so that I understood what was happening and why. I would highly recommend this company and Joe did everything he said they would do in a timely manner. I’m a very happy customer!
