I called Gold Coast Flood Restoration and they were able to come out I believe the following day. Joe the owner was there promptly and was able to take care of the damage from a leaky toilet. He was very thorough on checking out where the damage was and was not and wasted no time taking the damaged flooring out and cleaning the contaminated area around the toilet. A massive fan was put in the bathroom that dried everything out and he promptly came back several days later to remove it. He was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and very patient answering all of my questions so that I understood what was happening and why. I would highly recommend this company and Joe did everything he said they would do in a timely manner. I’m a very happy customer!

Gold Coast Flood Restorations came to our rescue when a fire sprinkler malfunctioned in our master bathroom and flooded the room right as we were about to go to bed. We called them in a panic, and their crew was at our house by 2 AM — no delays, no excuses. They opened up the affected walls immediately and got industrial drying equipment running to stop the damage from spreading before it caused mold or structural problems.
What really stood out was how calm and professional they were under pressure. A flooded home in the middle of the night is stressful, and their team walked us through everything they were doing and why. If you're dealing with a flood, burst pipe, or sprinkler malfunction and need a water damage restoration company that actually shows up when you need them most, I can't recommend Gold Coast Flood Restorations enough.

Goldcoast came out to another job I was on where the customer used water and quite a bit of it ended up on the floor and no one noticed that the water was getting under a painted wood and soaking into the drywall behind the the wood. I was ask to modified that wall and found the mold. Having had Gold Coast out for a flood restoration before at another address with great success I immediately called them and they came right out and got rid of all the mold quickly and cleanly so we could continue with our wall modifications and finish our job without any mold. Thank you once again Gold Coast. If I ever find mold on one of my construction jobs, and I hope I won't, I'll be calling Gold Coast again.

If I could give 10 stars instead of five, I surely would. We had a leak from our master bathroom that had been going on for a long time and had leaked through the walls into the master room closet, but Joe came out and saved the day( week). He and his company were professional,efficient, polite, did incredible work, and made a situation that we thought would be devastating, be completely manageable. They did everything with such care and even went out of their way to check other areas throughout the house and outside to make sure there weren’t any other surprises that could’ve been devastating. We could not have been more grateful to have found Gold Coast for the restoration and mold correction. Thank you Gold Coast.

My daughter noticed mold in the corner of the kitchen ceiling. A plumber recommended Gold Coast to me. They spoke to me right away and sent Kurt promptly to examine the damage. While the leak from the plumbing had been slow, it had been going on for a long time, so there was significant damaged, which they carefully noted.
Unfortunately, my wife was in home hospice at the time, and we couldn't move on to repair all the damage. However, Gold Coast was able to stabilize the situation with minimal disruption to my wife's care.
They returned some months later to finish the process.
They have been utterly compassionate, friendly and helpful through it all. They were prompt, diligent, meticulously clean and respectful of my self and even my cat.
My house passed mold inspection on the first try.
Mold isn't fun, but they took good care of it for me, and I recommend them highly.

I don’t even know where to start. I have used this company twice, but the second time was more incredible than the first. We knew we had a mold problem in one of our bedrooms and possibly in a second but we could not find the source. Gold Coast came out once again, and after giving such great attention to every possibility, they were able to find the problem that we have been struggling with for the last two years. They have been exceptional, honest, economical, and a breath of fresh air to work with, especially in something that has been a challenge to navigate as we had to take apart the rooms, tear out carpets to the bare concrete, etc. They not only found the mold problem and source, but have been the guidance on remediation. This has by far been the best company we’ve worked with in a long time. If you have a problem big or small, you want to call Joe and Gold Coast first. You won’t regret it!

Gold Coast has provided their mitigation service for me in the past. My past experience with Gold Coast was outstanding. I have used Gold Coast in an emergency flood as well as for remediation after the discovery of a long-term, slow leak that had gone unnoticed. In both instances, they did a great job of determining the extent of the damage and explaining what needed to take place to make things right again.

Their quality of work, their explanation of the work that's needed, their employees are TOP-NOTCH, and the communication between them and myself has been nothing but remarkable. I recently used Gold Coast for water damage restoration and mold remediation and in my kitchen in Santee, and I can't say enough good things about them. I had to call the guys at Gold Coast out when the ice maker line on my fridge leaked and damaged my kitchen. It was a traumatic experience because the water wrecked my kitchen and caused mold, but Mike and Joe in the office talked me through it all and helped me with my insurance. Kurt and the guys that came to my house were so pleasant and thorough. They made a terrible situation so much more bearable. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. Gold Coast Flood Restorations is the most AMAZING family company. They helped me with flood restoration from water damage in my Santee home. The water filter in my refrigerator cracked while we were on vacation and flooded my entire ADU. Joe and Kurt are amazing and took care of everything for us. They dealt with our insurance company and our adjuster that came to the house with the utmost in professionalism and integrity. I have used Gold Coast Flood Restorations TWICE in the past four months - both leaks from the condo above mine. They came out quickly, identified the wet areas, pulled down the ceilings and walls affected, cleaned up the mess, and set dryers to dry out the area. They continually monitored the drying until it was complete, then removed the equipment promptly. We had a bad water leak. We had Asbestos, and Gold Coast helped us with all of the services needed to clean up the Asbestos, dry and sanitize, and replace all the drywall. Overall 5/5 stars. I hope we never need them again, but when we do, we are calling them again!
