If I could give 10 stars instead of five, I surely would. We had a leak from our master bathroom that had been going on for a long time and had leaked through the walls into the master room closet, but Joe came out and saved the day( week). He and his company were professional,efficient, polite, did incredible work, and made a situation that we thought would be devastating, be completely manageable. They did everything with such care and even went out of their way to check other areas throughout the house and outside to make sure there weren’t any other surprises that could’ve been devastating. We could not have been more grateful to have found Gold Coast for the restoration and mold correction. Thank you Gold Coast. ~ Sue L

5 stars for this exceptional company. I've dealt with a lot of similar companies in my life and this one has been by far the best. Their quality of work, their explanation of the work that's needed, their employees are TOP-NOTCH, and the communication between them and myself has been nothing but remarkable. I had so many questions and they walked me through each one of them with kindness and professionalism. What started off as a complete headache for me ended up with a perfectly completed job and a renewed faith in the business world. I had to call the guys at Gold Coast out when the ice maker line on my fridge leaked and damaged my kitchen. It was a traumatic experience because the water wrecked my kitchen and caused mold, but Mike and Joe in the office talked me through it all and helped me with my insurance. Kurt and the guys that came to my house were so pleasant and thorough. They made a terrible situation so much more bearable. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. I have used Gold Coast Flood Restorations TWICE in the past four months - both leaks from the condo above mine. They came out quickly, identified the wet areas, pulled down the ceilings and walls affected, cleaned up the mess, and set dryers to dry out the area. They continually monitored the drying until it was complete, then removed the equipment promptly. Gold Coast Flood Restorations is the best! They came to my rescue within an hour of my initial call, and they've been walking me through the process ever since. Gold Coast Flood Restorations worked swiftly and professionally to mitigate water damage and contamination from a toilet that backed up and overflowed into our master bath, bedroom and closets. They kept us fully informed each step along the way of the process and proceeded with work immediately as approved. They cleaned thoroughly after themselves with minimal disruption to our activity. George and his crew did a great job from the estimate where he explained every step to showing up to do the work until the last day they came to pick up their dehumidifier. Water, WATER Every where and Gold Coast made it go Away!! Thanks to Joe and his crew. the damage was very little. We had a shower pipe burst. call Gold Coast. When working out in my backyard, I heard water from under the house. I have a piers and post house and there was water completely flooding underneath the house. Immediately I called my plumber and then was further referred to Gold Coast Flood Restorations to help with the flooding situation. I was connected with one of the Gold Coast representatives, Kurt Robinson. He fully explained every detail of how the problem of the flooding would be solved. He went on to guide me step by step of the procedures that were to follow over the next few days and weeks. Gold Coast restoration arrived the next morning at 8:00 AM just as promised and again they explained in detail what was about to happen. The owner, Joe Columbo, was very helpful resolving issues with the insurance adjustor. Flooding is an overwhelming experience for any homeowner. However, the Gold Coast employees and the owner were kind and thoughtful and gently guided me through this stressful time. I never worried that they wouldn’t show up or do as they said they would. Additionally, all the employees of Gold Coast were very respectful of my home and treated it as if it were their own. Whenever any demolition was done there was never any debris left behind or mess of any kind. Truly these men are skilled at their craft.
